Day 1 is in the books! It's about to get moldy in our classroom. We have our food samples (thank you parents) and we have made our predictions. Thank you Mrs. Knoppers for having wonderful double bar graphs on the hallway walls for our students to study. We created our own bar graph to keep track of how long it takes our mold to grow. These sample will be under close scrutiny this week as we start the investigation. | Mold is a fungus, usually greenish-blue, black or white. It appears on the surface of animal or vegetable matter that has been left in a warm moist place. |
