Congratulations to our classroom's top leaders: Bentley, Nolan and Rylynn! You all set a great example for your peers!
In Social, we are learning about Leadership in different communities around the world. We look at the government or leader in countries such as Peru, Tunisia, Ukraine and India. The information is made relatable by talking about Canada's Prime Minister as well as Edgerton's Mayor. We discuss the responsibilities of someone in a leadership role. The class spoke about what makes leaders in our classroom. They offered candidates for a Class Leader and I chose three that I agreed were top leaders. Each student got a ballot and we voted for a Class Leader as someone who should be looked up to based on their choices, behaviors, and way of thinking.
Congratulations to our classroom's top leaders: Bentley, Nolan and Rylynn! You all set a great example for your peers!
